Sauna Attendant
This position is part-time and shifts needed include: Thursdays 3:30pm-7:30pm and every other Saturday 8:30am-3:00pm.
Compensation Hourly Wage $13
Responsibilities Include:
• Welcoming clients and escort them to their private sauna suite.
• Educating clients on the use of the saunas and the health benefits associated.
• Maintaining full working knowledge of all sauna specials, services, products, memberships and packages to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
• Housekeeping duties including sauna suite turnover, laundry maintenance, shower and bathroom cleaning.
• Assisting Front Office Coordinator and front office staff as necessary.

Contraindications for Dermaplaning
- Acne - Clients suffering with active or inflammatory acne should not have the treatment performed until their condition has cleared up or dramatically improved
- Skin Thinners - Clients who have been given topical or oral medication where one of the side effects is skin thinning (often found in acne medications) should avoid this treatment for at least 6 months after stopping use of the medication and then only after the advice of their physician.
- Chemotherapy - Clients who have had chemotherapy in the last 6 months should wait until their treatment has been completed for at least 6 months and they have advice from their physician that this procedure is safe. Their skin may be extra fragile and thin.

How Long Do They Last?
Like your scalp hair, natural eyelashes grow and shed in a cycle. When properly applied, an Xtreme Lash extension will remain in place until the natural lash on which it rests falls out. Refills are necessary to replenish the fallen hairs and maintain the look. The look can last indefinitely with one hour refills every 2-3 weeks. The length of refill sessions depend on how your natural lash reacts, this will be discussed with your esthetitian.
How Do I Take Care of My Lash Extensions?
During the first 48 Hours after your lash application, you cannot wear contacts or expose your lashes to water, sauna, steam or friction. After that? They are just like your natural lashes and can be worn in the shower, at the gym, etc. (More detailed lash care will be discussed with you at your appointment). Tranquility also offers Aftercare Essentials product kits for purchase.

Front Desk Coordinator
This position is part-time. We are looking for a professional, dependable team player to make our high-end clientele feel comfortable, welcome and happy - while providing exceptional service.
The Front Office Coordinator responsibilities include:
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Intake new clients, schedule appointments and respond to customer needs.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and communicate with clients as necessary.
• Handle the sale of memberships, packages, specials and gift cards as well as maintain a full working knowledge of all products and services offered.
• Assist with promotional programs and special events.
• Assist with office operations: filing, reporting, etc.
• Light housekeeping to maintain office appearance.
• Assist with other clerical duties as necessary.
Requirements:
• Must be self-motivated and possess strong communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task and interact with clients well.
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products: Office, Word, Excel
• Desired candidate must be outgoing, positive and professional.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or spa preferred but not required.
• Previous experience with Booker or other spa scheduling software preferred but not required.
