Cancellation & No Show Policy

Tranquility employees are paid a commission on the service they provide.  If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give us the courtesy of a 24 hour advance notice.  That notice presents us with the opportunity to fill that appointment block.  A 50% service fee for a missed appointment will be charged to your credit card if proper notice is not received.  *For microblading and full sets of lashes, your credit card will be charged the 100%, full fee for the appointment. Memberships are subject to a forfeiture of benefit, as per your contract. Thank you!
