Welcome to Tranquility WellSPA

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your service to allow ample time to check in, fill out any necessary paperwork, and unwind in our relaxation room.  Your reservation time is the actual treatment start time. 

All SPA appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service.  We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, the length of service may be adjusted so as not ton interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests.  The full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.  In the case a modification is not possible the cancellation policy will be applied. 

Tranquility employees are paid a commission on the service they provide.  If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give us the courtesy of a 24 hour advance notice.  That notice presents us with the opportunity to fill that appointment block.  A 50% service fee for a missed appointment will be charged to your credit card if proper notice is not received.  *For microblading and full sets of lashes, your credit card will be charged the 100%, full fee for the appointment. Memberships are subject to a forfeiture of benefit, as per your contract. Thank you!

Gratuity is not included in the price of our services or SPA packages.  Typically tipping runs 15%-20% but is, of course, at your discretion.  We are unable to add gratuity to your credit card at the time of service, therefore all gratuities must be made in cash or by check. 

SPA products used during your treatment are available for purchase.  Additional selections of unique retail products may also be available on site.  Simply inquire with your therapist, esthetician, or at the front desk. 

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased online or by phone.  Once purchased Gift Certificates can be easily printed from your computer, or may pick up at Tranquility WellSPA.
