§ The Monthly Massage consists of a 60-minute or 90-minute Customized Massage.

§ Members are required, per the Membership Agreement, to notify Tranquility Massage Therapy & Esthetics Center (“Tranquility”) in writing of any change in credit card information or address on or before the 15th day of the month immediately prior to such change. Payment Authorization Forms are available at the front desk from an associate. 

§ Tranquility memberships are non-transferable. Members are, however, permitted to designate different individuals other than themselves to receive the Monthly Massage up to two (2) times per calendar year.

§ You agree to follow all Tranquility rules and regulations, which are set forth in the Membership Agreement, which rules and regulations are subject to change, in Tranquility’s sole discretion.

§ Zero-Tolerance Policy
Inappropriate or sexual behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of service and permanent denial of future appointments, without refund.

§ Tranquility is not responsible for lost or stolen articles or items.

§ Members will receive additional 60-minute or 90-minute massages at the current membership rate of plus the credit card surcharge while their membership is active, however this discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. 

§ Members will receive 10% off a full price facial (Hydrofacial NOT included) while their membership is active, however this discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.

Membership Benefit Accrual & Forfeiture Policy

§ All spa memberships include certain benefits that may accrue over time, including but not limited to service credits, discounts, complimentary treatments, rollover benefits, or promotional incentives (“Membership Benefits”).

§ Upon cancellation, termination, expiration, or non-renewal of a membership for any reason, all unused or accrued Membership Benefits are immediately forfeited and will have no cash value.

§ This includes benefits accrued over the entire life of the membership, regardless of how long the membership was active.

§ Cannot be redeemed after membership cancellation

§ Cannot be reinstated once forfeited

No refunds, credits, or substitutions will be provided for forfeited Membership Benefits.

Great Massage for Everybody; however, we do make some special considerations for those under the age of 18:

§ Tranquility does not provide massage services to minors under the age of eight (8).

§ A parent/guardian of any child under the age of 18 must provide written permission via the Tranquility Minor Parental Permission Form prior to the minor receiving either a massage or other service. The form must be signed and dated by the parent/guardian in the presence of a Tranquility staff member observing the completion of the form, which staff member must also sign and date the form.

§ Children ages 8-17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times while at Tranquility. The parent/guardian must either be seated in the room throughout the entire service session while the minor is receiving his/her service or receiving a service in the same room (in the couple’s room).
